I have the same problem for my 3DS. The fact that they do not allow a wifi connection that is more secure is absurd. Lots of colleges and probably large businesses use this type of security. I have go somewhere else with wifi which is not easy for me to do since I am in a small College town. This feature should have been added already due to the advancements in technology. It should not be too hard of a fix since most cellphones and the other consoles already allow it.
